We spend most of our time in doors. My Grandma, is pretty much damn near straight German. The first year her and Grandpa lives full time in Florida, she spent too much time outside gardening.

Her skin was like burnt bronze, and at the family reunion the running joke was "so Grandpa got a divorce and married a Puerto Rican"...

Franklin, good old Ben, one of his first businesses was a German speaking newspaper(as none existed at the time).

The Germans had no interest in the paper, and for the rest of his life, Ben was an anti German bigot. German's tend to get dark/burnt bronze when outside ALOT, so, Ben would keep saying stuff like "swarthy Germans" and all kinds of other stupid antics.
