Government Shutdown: Not Funding The Military

If congressional democrats fail to fund the Navy over immigration, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), I do believe it is a treasonous offense.

Congress is mandated by the federal constitution to maintain the Navy under Article I, section 8, clause 13. No wiggle room there. By maintaining, the constitution implies funding.

By not funding the Navy, congress would be negligent and violating their oaths of office thus advocating to overthrow our constitutional form of government by leaving our country defenseless in volation of article IV section 4 of the federal constitution but also violating statutory law title 5 United States Code 7311 (1).

I find it absolutely despicable congressional members would sacrifice our national defense, that safety of our citizenry to give aid and comfort to illegal aliens or invaders that violate our laws.
