So on top of screwing him out of another bonus this month because they keep finding reasons to not give people bonuses, they actually "messed up" and gave him the bonus he should have received anyway. Then came to him and said it will be taken out of your next check. The amount is probably not a lot to many of you, but it is a lot to us.  Send prayers, good vibes, positive energy our way guys. He's being beaten down daily by micromanaging assholes and corporate greed. I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant. |

People who know nothing about the grunts on the ground. After all we've been through in the last few years because of his lay off we should just be thankful he has a job. It's just difficult to see him get beat down after getting beat down...I wasn't asking for thoughts because of any financial reasons. He just works very hard like everyone else, so to see it get taken away because he stepped up and stepped in to help then got dinged for it is frustrating. Even his co-workers are furious. It was just wrong. I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant. |
