Hard labor like after tearing down the Fema camps have them rebuild tiny houses for the homeless. Then instead of arresting the homeless, we can give them a tiny house and a five year permit, to help them until they can transition into a different unit.

Then they can build affordable apartment complexes, the homeless can afford for $300 a month or so, that they can transition into.

Then build homes they can buy that would have a mortgage of $500 so everyone can afford one, and women can stay home with their babies if they chose to, and raise them. Men can provide for their family, and everyone has enough to be happy. People can afford food, water and diapers and a little entertainment here and there, and afford new clothes, and other luxuries and go back to living how we did in the 50s. The 80s was a lot better time too. What we have now is simply slave labor. There is no longer a happy family when everyone is stressed and working.
