If 'charges are pending', then not all details may be released. This is common knowledge for people who know American Law. Maybe in Portugal things are different.

Here in America, there are more cases than the THREE you cited. If charges are PENDING, not all details may be released. Re-read your thread, you have comprehension issues. No... If someone has any charges pending for three months, are they walking free or in prison? Why can't you answer any questions?
