Shhhhhh, when the government is shut down the Congress is out of session, and that means that arrest protections are null and void.
So basically state police can arrest, and with this memo dropping.
I think Schumer might be our guy, he worked with Trump to take the blame, so no one can protect these vile people once the government shuts for busin3ss.
