There is one in HUTTO, just east of Austin, Texas off hwy 79
They park a freight train on tracks so you can not see if from highway
I heard this rumor... so...
We drove out 79 heading east , until just outside Hutto we saw a mile long freight train just parked, we stopped, hiked over walked between the cars ...
and sure as shit there is what looks like a high school with 10' double fence around it , razor wire whole set up
Like a county prison... but just a few trucks in parking lot, maybe 4-5?
