Yea but antagonism is a vague term too.lots of folks never got a proper defense which was they were antagonised into the criminalty.if a hundred people thump you by accident.it becomes an injurious wound but yet not one single person would get an assault charge.bullying can sometimes end in death or retribution at an escalated rate.this system is rigged and laws are for the rich to oppress the poor.bottom line.crime was at its very lowest rate in 2000 in nyc,why,because everybody had jobs.lowest unemployment rate ever.law is a scam against the poor.
