I think Schumer was relating to who he thinks is really running the country.
Looking deeper into his statement, I would have to agree with his statement...even though I know this is the wrong way to go about it.
Moral of the story is, everything is fine and free as long as you agree with them. If you do not agree with them, the the system shows you what reality really is.
