If you watch the video, there is one building onsite that shows activity. I think workers enter the building (probably lead shielded) and remove all personal items - jewelry, phones, etc, before putting on their hazmat gear and going to work. Any metallic items will absorb radiation so you won't be able to take it home w/o contaminating other organisms.

wow lame it shows nothing, based on flimsy evidence and assumptions... 1. the guy is not even sure what the map is showing or how it works. He thinks it might be showing people exercising, he things they might wear some kind of device when they exercise to track them.

Then he jumps to the conclusion that it has the power to show all human activity anywhere on earth, rather than only those exercising with a tracking device. Then in his look at the supposed evidence he only compares 3 nuclear power plants in the entire world. Whats more he talks about an exclusion zone in Fukushima but does not address all the other dark spots on the globe and why they might not have any "heat map".

To top it off he did no further research or effort to ascertain what activity is or is not going on at Fukushima.

You made a good case that the video is poorly made, but you didn't debunk the allegations.

That answer is not comforting to me. I would think you would say more if you wanted to alleviate people's fears, but it's fairly obvious that you can't say more.

Have not eaten fresh seafood since Fuku. That very day of quake I bought a stash of tuna & other items. Down to last tins.
