People and articles have been saying that JJ and Bad Robot have been taking struggling projects that are almost finished and 're-working' them at the last minute and adding shit to fit them into the Cloverfield universe. One of the main actresses from this one recently stated that she had no idea she was in a Cloverfield movie until it was advertised.

The next 'Cloverfield' movie is supposedly going to be 'Overlord'..a story of 2 American soldiers behind the lines on D-Day.
