the military enlistment age should match the gun buying and alcohol buying age. i think 21 is too high. 18 all around should be fine. here in europe, it is 16 and 18 for alcohol (beer and wine 16, the rest 18)...

single shot shotguns/etc. for hunting definitely shouldn't be in the ban. semi-auto rifles 21 and up i wouldn't have a problem with.
