Anonymous Coward User ID: 55774114 United States 05/28/2018 04:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My friend & I have both been doing keto since January 2nd. We live about 50 miles away from each other but talk regularly. She & I both get compliments on our skin and skin tone but both of us are doing Great Lakes gelatin also since we were losing weight and losing it quickly and were worried about how horrid most older females look after fast weight loss. She's lost between 35 and 40 pounds and I've lost around 20. Both of us are enjoying the endless energy and NOT the continual focus of what we are going to have for the next meal. It's more like- oh, I know I need to eat something but nothing seems to interest me. Staying hydrated in the now hot summer has been the a challenge for me. The largest hurdle in front of me now is the upcoming peach season. It should be good one and I don't think I'll be able to keep it up with ripe peaches and then figs facing me in the morning! |
