It makes sense to me that chemical imbalance can be a root cause to most mental illness because most of us eat garbage as food everyday and are not replenishing basic building blocks of nutrition. Thinking if getting a good multi vit and min and getting some twinlabs amino fuel. The amino fuel has all the essentian and non essential amino acids. Was just wondering if anyone in here has had success with this tactic. When I read the thread I linked above, I realized that one of the reasons my moods stabilized so much is because the diet is rich in food-based sources of amino acids. The book referenced in the thread I linked is quite useful for self-guided amino acid therapy. |
