First of all it is Revelation.

The Rivers turning to blood means that the spiritual waters of the Father, the truth, which is righteousness have been turned to blood because a false Gospel is being preached. An eye for an eye which turns rivers to blood.

You know crime, the human support for war, the love of violence and guns, etc, etc.

1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

The anointing is revelation. The Father's words of truth, the Holy Spirit which teaches All things.
