Not wrong...I am doing the same. Maybe a retired grandma but that is not really suited to my field. They screwed the pooch with the metoo bullshit - which was essentially them complaining about an arrangement they previously agreed to...as whores.
Much easier to just work with guys and no lawyers needed.
