Blue whales are acting strange in the Pacific, according to a marine biologist.
A buddy of mine is a marine biologist, and he says they are diving deeper than ever. So deep, in fact, that it is rewriting the their idea about how deep they can dive. They are not especially deep diving of whales, but they keep diving down around certain areas of the ocean. There is some noise - a pulse - coming from the deep ocean that is effecting these animals and they are showing strange behavior and becoming disoriented or seeming so. They blame it on oceanic sonar noise from human technologies, but it seems like the whales are responding to something. One whale attached with a tracking device dived 300 meters below any known blue whale dive, an they considered it a near fatal deep dive. Other whales have followed suit, but they have no idea why they are doing it.

Actually this is quite interesting. Did your friend say where in the Pacific this was happening? I have a reason for asking

They finally became self aware and realized they are fat, obese in fact, and they are now depressed and want to kill themselves but they have no guns or arms...or even wrists to slit, so they are trying to squish themselves under the pressure of the ocean with their big fat bodies. They need psychological help.

Ever notice Pilot whales can't navigate worth a fuck, or they make suicide pacts and beach themselves. It's another way to suicide.

I have a friend that believes that one of the plates is cracking. He believes that it is creating a sort of harmonics prior to the actual cracking of that plate. Whales are keen to harmonics.

Maybe. I don't know. There are other things happening here I will say. The Great Pacific garbage patch has been said to be a matter of ocean currents, but there are scientists who claim this is not possible and currents are too complicated for such a simple theory. Things are being attracted to this part of the ocean not by currents, but physics.

They might be trying to avoid the ionizing radiation from the Fukushima meltdown. They, like the dolphins will be leaving soon. So long and thanks for all the irradiated fish.

i'm sure the millions of tons of Fukushima heavy water being dumped into the pacific have nothing to do with it.

best to ignore the situation. I'm sure everything will be fine.
