So having finally watched the Floyd video, I have one major question:

The Asian(ish) cop that is covering for the kneeling cop is shooing people away, doing the "move along, nothing to see here" thing.

However, somehow doesn't notice the person with a cell phone, recording right in front of him, and zooming in on his partner, for 8 straight minutes.

Actually, not only does he not notice the person recording, at no point in the 8 minutes does he even LOOK at the camera. Not even a glance.

Even when he's standing there with nothing to do, he never even acknowledges that someone is recording this whole thing.

For 8 minutes.

christ...another ff. too predictable. looks like many African Americans are waking the fuk up. Good! they are gonna be fucking pisssssssed!

anyone have any firsthand experience using a metronome, medically, for heartbeat?

friend who had emergency heart surgery is going nutso listening to his new improved fucked up heartbeat and mechanical pump. in fact, anyone within 5 ft can hear it apparently. massive nerve damage to the Sinus Node, it appears. one leg, hip to knee is completely numb.
his "aortic" valve thing was toasted and he started throwing bloods clots in lungs during covid hospital surgery scheduling fiasco. he was then the ONLY patient in giant hospital...creepy! he and his wife are besties with buddie and her husband who lost her parents....funfunfukfuk

i suggested he talk to dr about using a metronome to manipulate his heartbeat back to pre-surgery rhythm and to go get a programmable music keyboard and make current heartbeart tunes and pre-surgery beat tunes...then i went diggin......

speakin of diggin. i HAD to get a new chair. went to staples online....wtf?

i bought the only other tall chair....it sucks ass!

One thrust of current research in music therapy is to see if specific sounds or tempos affect the heart regardless of the listener's musical preferences. Finding a relaxing melody that slows the heart rate, reduces blood pressure, and improves blood flow for opera buffs and rock-and-roll fans alike would make it easier to offer music therapy.

A type of sound therapy is used to positively affect the heart rate. By stimulating nerves within the ear, the parasympathetic system can be relaxed, causing a slowing of the heart rate and breathing. Some types of sound therapy also claim to affect the neurotransmission of pathways in the brain, causing calming of the circulatory and sensory systems.

Relevant laws
The United States Congress has enacted various laws that control the National Guard

The Militia Acts of 1792
Providing for the authority of the President to call out the Militia, and providing federal standards for the organization of the Militia.
For the 111 years that the Militia Act of 1792 remained in effect, it defined the position of the militia in relation to the federal government. The War of 1812 tested this uniquely American defense establishment. To fight the War of 1812, the republic formed a small regular military and trained it to protect the frontiers and coastlines. Although it performed poorly in the offensive against Canada, the small force of regulars backed by a well-armed militia, accomplished its defensive mission well. Generals like Andrew Jackson proved that, just as they had in the Revolution, regulars and militia could be effective when employed as a team.
The Insurrection Act
The Militia Act of 1862
Providing for the service of persons of African descent in the Militia, and the emancipation of slaves owned by Confederates.
Title 18, U.S. Code, Section 1385: The Posse Comitatus Act of June 18, 1878
Reaction in Congress against the Reconstruction-era suspensions of Southern states' rights to organize militias led to the passage of the Posse Comitatus Act, restricting any person's use of the U.S. Army and, as later amended, the U.S. Air Force in domestic law enforcement (use of the Navy and Marine Corps, being uniformed services within the Department of Defense, is similarly restricted by statute).[60] The U.S. Coast Guard, in its peacetime role within the Department of Homeland Security, and the National Guard, when not in Federal Service, are specifically not limited by this act.
The States revise the military codes – 1881 to 1892
The Militia Act of 1903
Established the creation of the National Guard of the United States as the primary organized reserve force for the U.S. armed forces.
National Defense Act of 1916
This act abandoned the idea of an expandable Regular Army and firmly established the traditional concept of the citizens' army as the keystone of the United States defense forces. It established the concept of merging the National Guard, the Army Reserve, and the Regular Army into the Army of the United States in time of war. The act further expanded the National Guard's role, and guaranteed the State militias' status as the Army's primary reserve force. The law mandated use of the term "National Guard" for that force, and the President was given authority, in case of war or national emergency, to mobilize the National Guard for the duration of the emergency. The number of yearly drills increased from 24 to 48 and annual training from five to 15 days. Drill pay was authorized for the first time.
The National Defense Act Amendments of 1920
This act established that the chief of the Militia Bureau (later the National Guard Bureau) would be a National Guard officer, that National Guard officers would be assigned to the general staff and that the divisions, as used by the Guard in World War I, would be reorganized.
The National Guard Mobilization Act, 1933
Made the National Guard a component of the Army.
The National Defense Act of 1947
Section 207 (f) established the Air National Guard of the United States, under the National Guard Bureau.
The Total Force Policy, 1973
Requires all active and reserve military organizations be treated as a single force.
The Montgomery Amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1987
provides that a governor cannot withhold consent with regard to active duty outside the United States because of any objection to the location, purpose, type, or schedule of such duty. This law was challenged and upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in 1990 in Perpich v. Department of Defense.[61]
The John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007 Pub.L. 109–364
Federal law was changed in section 1076 so that the Governor of a state is no longer the sole commander in chief of their state's National Guard during emergencies within the state. The President of the United States could then take total control of a state's National Guard units without the governor's consent.[62] In a letter to Congress, all 50 governors opposed the increase in power of the President over the National Guard.[63]
The National Defense Authorization Act of 2008 Pub.L. 110–181
Repeals provisions in section 1076 in Pub.L. 109-364 but still enables the President to call up the National Guard of the United States for active federal military service during Congressionally sanctioned national emergency or war. Places the National Guard Bureau directly under the Department of Defense as a joint activity. Promoted the Chief of the National Guard Bureau from a three-star to a four-star general.[22]
The National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 Pub.L. 115–91
Added the Chief, National Guard Bureau to the Joint Chiefs of Staff.[64]

Whenever an insurrection occurs in any state against its government, the President may, upon the request of its legislature or of its governor call into Federal service such of the militia of the other states. This is a statutory exception to the PCA

Of course, everything is different for officers. When an officer retires, their commission normally remains in force and effect forever. In return for the privilege of being legally entitled to being addressed by their military rank and getting all their retirement benefits, they basically remain an "Officer of the United States" until death. They can resign their commission, but few do.

That means that, if there is a recall, the officers can be brought back without an act of Congress or presidential recall.

I can't confirm or deny this being real. But these read to me as legit antifa/soros orders. Crazy. Anyone have a clue who D.A. Donnelly is? Google spits out a district attorney in the northeast named Donnelly.

Here's a couple phone numbers that they can call to get bailed out of jail. Seems some people are blowing the lines up for the fun of it.

I cannot believe the list of cities that are legit paid rioting. There are so many videos it's truly full out, all assets deployed DS moves. The cities that have seen rioting in the last 24 hours:

D Minneapolis
D Saint Paul
D Los Angeles
D San Jose
D Louisville
D New York City
R Bakersfield
D Houston
D Columbus
D Washington D.C.
D Detroit
D Atlanta
D Cincinnati
I Las Vegas
D Charlotte
D Knoxville
D Milwaukee
D Denver
D Dallas
D Chicago
D Boston
D New Orleans
D Kansas City
D Oakland

Too many videos to pick from but the rioting is really happening everywhere. We are almost at the apex of the war, five more months left...

Don't worry about the riots. Still can't go to church in Cali...

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump

Mayor Jacob Frey of Minneapolis will never be mistaken for the late, great General Douglas McArthur or great fighter General George Patton. How come all of these places that defend so poorly are run by Liberal Democrats? Get tough and fight (and arrest the bad ones). STRENGTH!

Why there aren't classing those participating AND funding them or paying their legal fees as terrorists, I don't know.

I'm pretty sure all those business owners have been terrorised.

Perhaps if they 'rioted' by throwing a few Bibles around, they won't get jailed.

Thread: Look what I found outside #dcprotest. An obvious cop dressed like a protester getting out of an unmarked car and telling me he’s a CNN reporter.

I saw shit on Twitter last night about some shit that went down in Indianapolis too... although, not on the same scale as some of those other cities. They smashed some windows at some downtown businesses, and set a CVS on fire.
"A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky dangerous animals and you know it. Fifteen hundred years ago everybody knew the Earth was the center of the universe. Five hundred years ago, everybody knew the Earth was flat, and fifteen minutes ago, you knew that humans were alone on this planet. Imagine what you'll know tomorrow."
