IMO The tattoo was not created for tattooing fruit or vegetables, it was the replacement for the injectable rice size tracker that people called the mark of the beast system, digital angel. Bill Gates was checking to see reactions or how much dumbed-down people are. I know where and when it was created because I read every part of the information even down to the bottom and their new research projects, the ones who created the Digital Angel created the Micro nano dots with they were making into a tattoo as a future replacement of the rice size one. They seemed to think the only reasons people weren't taking it was because the rice size one hurt, no it was because of THE MARK OF THE BEAST WAS THE REASON, they didn't want it.
