They had cause to be worried. At that time, Trump had openly speculated that the election might be “rigged.” During his final debate with Clinton on October 19, he said that his opponent “should never have been allowed to run” and declined to answer the question of whether he would concede. “I’ll keep you in suspense,” the Republican nominee said. “It wasn’t a hypothetical,” Ben Rhodes, Obama’s senior aide and speechwriter, told Intelligencer. “Trump was already saying it on the campaign trail.” .... .... Isis One User ID: 76545060 United States 10/11/2018 05:24 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This Nation has a pedo problem. In Atlanta recently, they liberated 149 children from sex rings. Added to the Detroit rescue, that's 272 children. This is within a combined metro Atlanta and Detroit population of 8.2 million, or 1/40th the population of the US. Assuming the 272 victims had 54,400 "Johns" each year, you could be looking at over 2 million pedos in our country, based upon the population of these two cities extrapolated to 325 million US residents. There are 750,000+ tried and convicted sex offenders in the United States, so this number is in the right order of magnitude. Across the US you would be looking at over 10,000 children enslaved in these rings. That is assuming the police in these busts got all the children victims in their cities - which is unlikely. Double the number is more believable, or over 20,000 children nationwide. This is one of the saddest posts I've had to write. Very sad, scary but thank you for doing the calculations. Spread the word, change the collective conscious...... Thanks for asking, my machine! And thanks for your words of wisdom, KB! Always, I don't want to give you false hope, or build something up where you've got peace about the outcome, BUT, I want to tell you a story about one of our cats that got out of our house once.... Woke up in the morning and noticed the back door was ajar (teen boys sneaking home late!), so I immediately went into panic mode looking for the cat. I KNEW she was out there. It had stormed and thunder freaked her out. :-( I went around and around the blocks....calling, even had a can opener in my hand and kept flicking it - making that noise it makes when you open a can of cat food? She ALWAYS made a beeline for the food dish when I opened a can.....nothing. Summer storms gave way to Autumn, no cat. :-( Every day, every day. Asked ALL the neighbors.... I actually completely forgot about her after about 4, 5 months, figured she was G-O-N-E. :-( THEN, weather changed and we started leaving the windows open during the cooler days and especially the nights. So along comes Thanksgiving Day. I'm baking my turkey, windows are open.... All of a sudden, Hubs starts SCREAMING, "IT'S PATCHES!! IT'S PATCHES!!! SHE WAS JUST IN THE WINDOW!!! SHE CAME HOME!!!" So we all go running out of the house, and see her go running around the corner and across the street. We follow. Turns out she had taken up residence under the shed of the neighbor! We didn't know them well, they didn't know us, so they didn't know it was OUR cat. Their daughter had been feeding her - for MONTHS! The smell of our turkey, plus - I GUESS - our "house smells" finally lured her back to our house. My theory is that when the weather changed, and the WINDS SHIFTED, she could SMELL HER WAY HOME, whereas before then, the winds didn't blow TOWARD HER to help her find her way home. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. P.S. Also had another cat one time (many, many years later) who loved to go out at night (a male, but he was neutered). But anyway, one night he was out, but never came home. :-( So that CAN happen, too. But wanted to let you know you can continue to believe...... |
