My dad got a pacemaker six years ago.
4 days later he stopped breathing.
Quoting: hillbilly I lost my Dad in early 2017. Something I didn't know; apparently, according to lots of hospital staff, dying patients often stage a last rally, when they perk up, and become vital, for one, last time. Not exactly raging, against the dying of the light, but a good show, nonetheless.
