If she is no longer on this earth then wouldn't the SCOTUS be committing a crime by not telling this to the American people? Wouldn't her clerks be committing a crime by impersonating her?

Wouldn't everyone involved in that case be complicit in a crime? Why didn't those arguing before the court insist that RBG be there to hear their arguments so they could see her and she could vote? None of this sounds right, what are the SCOTUS rules pertaining to the justices and their health? They have to be written down no?
