If anyone has PC problems (not Paranoid Chick) then let me try to help fix them first before other drastic measures get taken (which usually involves being told they have to set up windows again because the tech was too lazy or not knowledgeable enough to fix the problem).

I am really good at fixing pc problems (and this is not bragging, just fact).

The worst thing is losing all the info you have collected because someone couldn't do their job to the best of their ability and I love trying to fix pc problems too.
