It was is amazing. I was the second person in to see it. The first folks were there when we drove up.

I put in a offer, when the first people found out i put in a offer, they put in an offer. The selling realtor phoned to tell my realtor and ask if i wanted to change my offer. So i did i give a different buying cost. Then when i sat for a couple of minutes i phoned my realtor back because i had a intuitive # in my head and gut and ask him to change it.

They accepted my offer and conditions, that's good news. I'll need a wee mortgage which the bank said no problem, but let's hope there are no glitches.

Out of here next week, the closing on the other would be mid April. The place was spotless, doesn't need a thing done. Whirlpool bath tub, central air and a hard wired in Generac generator wired in. These weren't even listed in realtor listing it was a great surprise for sure.

Just hoping it all goes through.Fingers crossed and prayers for what is meant to be. Whew~

Most of the snow here is now melted.
