You really just can't "unintentionally" have as many highly classified documents on an unsecured server as she had...no sane person could argue it was "unintentional". And as far as obstruction of justice goes, physical destruction of hardware and bleach bit on software...I mean, come on man, we knew this stuff three years ago? Let's not forget all the immunity the FBI passed around like candy to Hillary aides. Didn't record her interview etc, etc, etc.
