No, Mr. Tibbs, many are not...through no fault of their own. But we do have Qrews around the world that trust other parts of the Qrew to do their jobs. It is a very hard, like a rock face at the end of a 60m climb when your rope breaks hard. I know and have written about it Quite a bit...but I'm still not steeled to it. I get a sense of the enormity but...there is always that but.
