Oddly however the Q post # might be read 12th 8 '19. That's a bit of a match to the 'morning'. ????? None of it makes sense to me. So much noise, so little info. No, it was his show, using a CNBC graphic of their statement of which the last part he did not speak out loud, nor did it make sense in context.
