City in Oklahoma bans going topless in public, regardless of gender

SAND SPRINGS, Okla. —
A city in Oklahoma is banning anyone from being topless in public regardless of their gender.

The Sand Springs City Council passed the emergency ordinance this week. It all stems from a federal appeals court ruling, saying it's legal for women to go topless in public. It's still against state and city code.
