3) In commerce, a lien-holder has the higher ownership. if a lien has been PERFECTED, that means the lien-holder can lawfully LEVY the LIEN.

(That means take possession of the title of the thing, which can be used in commerce)

Only a creditor can be a lien-holder.

Maybe...the phone call was a "perfect" trap...and they fell for it just as planned...perfectly! And now (hopefully) the first phone call being released this week will shed more light on the trap. Hopefully we won't see any FF this week.
