So, the Senate could sign the treaty as long as it does not compromise our constitutional laws, if it does it null and void as much as I like Trump the constitutional laws out weight the rest and even my feeling for him. I am now wondering how many of these treaties the house decided it was in their rights. It is not in the presidents rights alone, the senate has to agree and it has to be based on the constitutional laws to be lawful. This is why the UN is not lawful.
