The MTC alleges the FBI falsified or forged the Flynn 302s.
The IG discovers the FBI falsified the FISA applications and forged evidence.
The Flynn prosecutors admitted prior to Thanksgiving mixing up the 302’s creating chain of evidence concerns.

The MTC alleges the DOJ knowingly withheld exculpatory evidence from Flynn and the Court.
The IG Report states that the FBI knowingly withheld exculpatory evidence about Page from the FISA Court.

The IG Report states about 83 times that the Flynn investigation was inextricably intertwined with the Russia-collusion investigation. There’s no separating FBI/Page misconduct from FBI/Flynn misconduct.

On multiple occasions when the FBI has a clear-cut duty to inform the Trump campaign of its concerns about Russia, the FBI chose to keep Trump and Flynn in the dark…even though the FBI was well-aware by mid-fall that there was nothing to the Russia collusion concern. And especially after they officially debunked the dossier in early January, 2017. Even though the dossier was garbage, and the FBI has no case, they decided to falsify the FISA renewal application which was approved on 1/12/17.

9 days AFTER the FBI submitted its knowingly-false FISA renewal on Page, the FBI targeted Flynn using highly unusual methods as described by James Comey in a television interview.

Finally, the Government has repeatedly maligned Flynn’s attorney as chasing “conspiracy theories”. The IG Report very conclusively proves that FBI misconduct during the Russia investigation was REAL, PERVASIVE, and exceptionally SEVERE in its violations of department policies, the civil rights of US citizens, and Sydney Powell is clearly *not* chasing a fringe conspiracy theory tangential to her client.

She has caught the Government in the commission of a fraud.
