posting videos on the net to which OTHERS have added the lyrics is NOT a copyright issue for Trinity. This is used to harrass certain people here and its not coming from Trinity. . lots and lots of videos are posted with lyrics that are never reported. There is NO COPYRIGHT ISSUE in such a thing.

William Barr Has Suddenly Become Chatty—and He’s Provided Quite an Information Dump

Below are 24 points Barr felt the need to make after the release of the Horowitz report. (All of the information is attributed to Barr.)

1. Don’t expect Durham’s findings to be announced before late spring or summer 2020.

2. The FBI did spy on the Trump campaign. That’s what electronic surveillance is.


3. Regarding the FBI’s actions in surveilling Trump campaign associates, it was a “travesty” and there were “many abuses.”

4. From “day one,” the FBI investigation generated exculpatory information (tending to point to the targets’ innocence) and nothing that corroborated Russia collusion.

5. It’s a “big deal” to use U.S. law enforcement and intelligence resources to investigate the opposing political party, and I cannot think of another recent instance in which this happened.

6. Evidence to start the FBI’s investigation into Trump associates was “flimsy” from the start and based on the idea that Trump aide George Papadopoulos expressed he may have had pre-knowledge of a Democrat National Committee computer hack. However, it was actually just an offhand barroom comment by a young campaign aide described merely as a “suggestion of a suggestion, a vague allusion” to the fact that the Russians may have something they can dump. But by that time, May 2016, there was already rampant speculation online and in political circles that the Russians had hacked Hillary Clinton’s emails in 2014 and that they might surface. So the idea that Papadopoulos’s comment showed pre-knowledge of the Democratic National Committee hack and dump “is a big stretch.”

I have mentioned this before, but the gentleman who installed my internet more than a year ago told me his group of workers all were aware of and in favor of Q and the President. (His wife turned him on to Q!)

Several months ago in a local market I saw a very young, (good looking too) man with a Q T-shirt on. I acknowledged his shirt and he was very gracious and enthusiastic about meeting another Trumper. Not all young people are liberal here thank heaven.

Yes, there is. Most music and l-yrics are copyrighted. You can't quote them in writing without permission from the owner.

Just because youtube doesn't do anything much about it doesn't mean they won't come after them or other sites for showing l-yrics.

Titles and common phrases used in songs are ok but you cannot quote the whole song.

Old songs like hymns usually fall outside of the time period for copyright, which is usually 70 years.

I have never heard of anything copyrighted of more than 25 years, Dolly Parton kept hers copyrighted all the time. If anyone wanted to make a record of her songs they had to pay her a fee and her one smart businesswoman. Most don't know this about her. Her songs have been sung by many people. She wrote them all herself.

I don't know if anyone saw this and posted it into here so I putting it up. I hope you can find it this way. Phen put the thread up.

I did, she made some stupid moves, she should have copyrighted her work as she did them, she did not. Don't sign on with anyone who has a way to take your work, if you copyright for yourself it doesn't happen. Dolly Parton did this every time and also kept upper her copyrights so she always had control. I read it and saw her mistake right away and thought if she had done as Dolly did she would not be in that mess. Be your own best friend in that game is the best policy. If you own all rights they don't have a leg or nor are they able to sell your right to your own work. She signed something she shouldn't have, that is my take on it.

Your own ego and your feelings about it don't count as a resource. The law is the law and the law says you cannot reproduce l-yrics without permission.

Embedding a video isn't the same as l-yrics. You can embed a video but not the video with l-yrics.

It has nothing to do with 'fair use' as that is an entirely different set of circumstances.

The are NO videos which contain l-yrics in my thread because I remove them, usually with a friendly reminder.

It is legal to embed the videos that don't contain the words because they are not hosted on GLP and are only embedded. It is not legal to reproduce lyrics.
