It all started with these actors under Obama, they set things up for either riots or attacks on Churches, people, police shooting, or police shooting others, burning cities and more. They are using the Unions in the acting theaters this one is Virginia's actors and outsider from some movies studios I never heard of, also the one I found is involved in A Higher Loyalty which supposed to be a TV drama I think, strange this guy and others don't give where they are from, the pictures he has worked on are rather interesting in their theme. He a pyrotechnical person, what the others in the video show have one thing in common, the man said they are handing out money hand over fist and we need to get their attention here, this was back in the Obama years, never forget what was being done, the so-called hire people from that online ads sheet, and they were hiring actors just everyday people to act in a so-called emergency practice only sometime around these times, Sandy Hook happened and all the other false flags did too, people died so yes where do need to watch out for these people.
