I've read the original draft for the Eisenhower farewell speech referred to "Military-Industrial-Congressional Complex" ... but that was deemed too inflammatory Eisenhower was a deep state traitor... His "warning" about the Mil-IND complex was a warning (to his crowd) about something like Q (Military) and Trump (industrial-businessman) ever rising!
