POTUS is the only HUMAN i will re-examine his words mult times and watch for every facial movement and inflection of his voice. i do not think CA dams have failed. Some enemies prefer that you die by the 'death by a thousand cuts' method, which slowly drains your time, money and resources until you are weak enough for them to come in for the kill.
