I've had the kind of issue that you described. I came up with this fix on my own...as I noticed my neck was tight when this flared up.

I have my wife put pressure on each side of my neck, right at the base of the skull. Push in equally from both sides of the neck. Then slide fingers down to my shoulders. Keep steady pressure and stay aligned as you pull down.

It doesn't work every time, but when it does, you can feel the rib in your mid back slide into place. That can last for months.

Oregon is so beautiful .... and so dirty. Filthy politicians. The gov is dirty all the way down to the cops. We saw that when the darlings of Brown "taught" the Patriots, and a lone online radio jock, a life lesson. What all those guys went through, along with the women in the pickup with Lavoy and Ryan Bundy, was henderous! The family of Shawna Cox was ruined .... by unexplained things that just mysteriously happened. All the people and then those who helped at the Bundy ranch earlier, were harassed to death (at least one person quite literally to death) by supposedly civilized LEOs.
It was the same mentality as the Ruby Ridge killings ... and the Waco murders. When you allow yourself to get close to things like that, it will do a very unkind trick to your mind. You never quite trust your government, local especially, again in any way you may have before.
The depth of the "rabbit holes" is astounding, and always come out clear on the other side of the Earth.
Oh ... I have to point out one other thing ... I don't know if you can find the recording (it was made on one of the survivor's phone) and you can see LaVoy with his hands up and as he walks out of the view of the cam you hear shots. Then all Hell breaks loose and it sounds like a hailstorm from the Devil himself. I don't know how many rounds those ass holes pumped into the truck but it was a shit load! The three people were duly terrorized ... just as the "Brown" Shirts intended. They had no regard for any life. The women were not part of the wildlife refuge takeover, the youngest was barely 18 and was hitching a ride to the next county to sing with her family group. They were family singers.

The protocols shall include:
(1) customer density limits based on business facilities’ square footage and appropriate social distancing;
(2) face covering requirements for employees; and
(3) regular cleaning regimens.
(d) The Department shall publish additional protocols for specific customer-facing businesses as necessary.
(e) A business that complies with the protocols may reopen and rehire staff at its discretion as soon as is practical.
(f) A hospital or other healthcare facility that abides by the protocols and is located in a Region with adequate intensive care unit capacity may offer the full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient care and treatment to its patients.
The Department shall conduct a public information campaign to explain hospitals’ and healthcare facilities’ safety protocols and to urge patients not to put off any necessary care.
(g) A day care center, as that term is defined under Section 2.09 of the Child Care Act of 1969, may reopen or expand its capacity at its discretion and as soon as is practical if it complies with the protocols.

The legislation then goes on to describe how the Illinois governor can confiscate personal property during a state emergency.

(20 ILCS 3305/7) (from Ch. 127, par. 1057)
Sec. 7. Emergency Powers of the Governor.

(4) On behalf of this State to take possession of, and to acquire full title or a lesser specified interest in, any personal property as may be necessary to accomplish the objectives set forth in Section 2 of this Act, including: airplanes, automobiles, trucks, trailers, buses, and other vehicles; coal, oils, gasoline, and other fuels and means of propulsion; explosives, materials, equipment, and supplies; animals and livestock; feed and seed; food and provisions for humans and animals; clothing and bedding; and medicines and medical and surgical supplies; and to take possession of and for a limited period occupy and use any real estate necessary to accomplish those objectives; but only upon the undertaking by the State to pay just compensation therefor as in this Act provided, and then only under the following provisions:
a. The Governor, or the person or persons as the Governor may authorize so to do, may forthwith take possession of property for and on behalf of the State; provided, however, that the Governor or persons shall

simultaneously with the taking, deliver to the owner or his or her agent, if the identity of the owner or agency is known or readily ascertainable, a signed statement in writing, that shall include the name and address of the owner, the date and place of the taking, description of the property sufficient to identify it, a statement of interest in the property that is being so taken, and, if possible, a statement in writing, signed by the owner, setting forth the sum that he or 0 she is willing to accept as just compensation for the property or use. Whether or not the owner or agent is known or readily ascertainable, a true copy of the statement shall promptly be filed by the Governor or the person with the Director, who shall keep the docket of the statements. In cases where the sum that the owner is willing to accept as just compensation is less than $1,000, copies of the statements shall also be filed by the Director with, and shall be passed upon by an Emergency Management Claims Commission, consisting of 3 disinterested citizens who shall be appointed by the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, within 20 days after the Governor’s declaration of a disaster, and if the sum fixed by them as just compensation be less than $1,000 and is accepted in writing by the owner, then the State Treasurer out of funds appropriated for these purposes, shall, upon certification thereof by the Emergency Management Claims Commission, cause the sum so certified forthwith to be paid to the owner. The Emergency Management Claims Commission is hereby given the power to issue appropriate subpoenas and to administer oaths to witnesses and shall keep appropriate minutes and other records of its actions upon and the disposition made of all claims.

It is easy to get hung up on the unconstitutional actions of the Blue State Governors (criminals) but this current situation, goes way beyond this.

The Pine Marten has been pondering the pandemic from a Q perspective. Whoever runs the World System is deliberately shutting it down. This is bigger than "get rid of Trump". Virtually every country in the world is locked down to different degrees. You don't do that, and kill your business to get rid of one guy.

France was out of control, Hong Kong was out of control, The UK was leaving the EU and Eastern Europe was not following the globalist plan. So the screws got tightened down. The screws are going to get a lot tighter before this is over.

Your Governor and mine, and little "bosses" all over the world are not just going to say "OK, back to normal. it is Summer now!" They are following a plan from WAY above their pay grade.

I've noticed a lot of food production places being shut down for the virus. Not factories, not financial centers, food. One of my friends is a commercial fisherman. He has already been told the price will be way down for salmon this year. That should depress the catch! Famine is one of the Cabal's tools. They used it in Ukraine, Russia, China, and just lately in Venezuela. I fully expect to see famine used to starve the uppity peasants into submission. This IS going to be Biblical.

I warn my neighbors (and now my GP neighbors) this is coming. I get the "he's paranoid" smile, but I just reply, "just store some extra food away to tease me over next Spring!"

I'd like to see some smart alecky Swamp dweller get busted like the "AC losing patience with Q folks", but this is a Way, WAY BIGGER job than a legal investigation in DC.
