I was a little disturbed by the post of the Brookings Institute reporting the Trump voters are having higher Corona virus outbreaks. I found a few opinions on this and most of them said the same thing. The Republican areas are not keeping the rules of Corona well enough, and are taking chances with too much connection to other people. So it was an allusion to Trump supporters being a danger to the world thing.
Isn't that nice. Now we are out to destroy the country, and world after that. Anyway, that is my impression.
So, how do we fight something like this? Can we find a long enough rope? This makes me very angry ... you know how the bad guys always turn things around to make freedom and prosperity look like a dangerous and selfish way to live.
I have already been excoriated by a lib friend over reopening the country. She thinks we should shut down until there is no virus at all. There is no talking to these people.
Here is one of many posts on the subject. It sounds like a hit on Conservatives to me, disguised as an innocent, and impartial report on the horrible people who do not think we are being told the truth. The real culprit, of course, is Pres Trump.
