Not to be deterred by such pesky inconveniences as a Supreme Court decision, immediately after the high court ruled the vaccine mandate was unconstitutional federal overreach – the White House told employers to enforce the vaccine mandate anyway.

White House Spokesperson Jennifer Psaki said the Biden administration would “not be deterred” by the Supreme Court decision, and all employers should immediately continue to “initiate vaccination requirements.” WATCH: VIDEO

When it comes to reproduction for the Lizard it often depends on their location and the specific species. For example some of them lay eggs and others give birth to live young because the eggs develop inside the mother. Even with such differences though there are some common elements found in their mating process to take a look at. Lizards can be ready to mate when they are a year old for most of the small and medium species. For the larger ones it may be two or three years of age.

There are a few species of Lizards that take part in asexual reproduction. This means that they don’t need to find a mate in order for them to be able to produce offspring. They have the ability to create the young on their own. There are very few Lizards that do this as well as very few types of living creatures in the world with this ability.

Once mating has occurred the pair will go their separate ways. The male will move along to try to find more females that he can successfully mate with. The females though have to start looking for ways to ensure the young survive.


The young have to find their way out of the eggs on their own. They also have to care for their own needs from the second that they emerge. Those females that carry the young in her body until they are born will also leave them when they arrive. These young reptiles instinctively know how to fend for themselves. They are miniature replicas of their adult parents.

There are many misconceptions about Lizards that give birth to live young. The speculation is that they would automatically offer milk to the young as other mammals do. However, there is no milk production and there is no nurturing of any kind. This is something that is very fascinating to researchers. Even though they have carefully observed the behavior they haven’t been able to pinpoint why this process is so different than what it is for other animals.

Ottawa to go ahead with trucker vaccine mandate after stating it would scrap it

MONTREAL - The federal government says the vaccine mandate for truckers crossing into Canada from the United States will come into effect this Saturday as planned, despite a previous statement from the Canada Border Services Agency that said Canadian truck drivers would be exempt.

In a release Thursday, Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos along with the transport and public safety ministers said the CBSA statement from Wednesday evening was “provided in error,” and that Canadian truckers must be vaccinated if they want to avoidquarantine and a pre-arrival molecular test, starting this weekend.

“This has not changed,” the cabinet ministers said. “Our teams have been in touch with industry representatives to ensure they have the correct information.”

Any tips to avoid 'the system' dumping me/us at the main board [with ZERO browser history] after 'you are attempting to enter a country club ...' and/or 'would you like to upgrade?'

I can't even find the page I was on in my browser history. Coupled with the minefield of linking to otwriting about anything the person in charge doesn't 'like' is really pissing me off. I have other interests - just because I am not clicking gulp continuously I get shunted to the front page if I refresh any page I'm on after a break [an hour or a day or anywhere in between]

I realize I could search for the page. I just wonder if other easier solutions exist.

I've made it a habit to first go to the main page, refresh, do any "checks", etc. before refreshing my thread tabs.

Even before clicking the post button, I'll go back to the main page, refresh it 2 or 3 times (10 seconds) just to make sure I don't have a "scheduled check-in" or "captcha" waiting.

It usually works. I've heard complaining about 5 or more captcha's in a row before posting. I've never had more than 2 in a row (and even that is rare), so possibly made mistake on first one.

I feel you.
Sometimes I wonder why I pay for such crap.
But these inconveniences are a small price to pay.
I get to read some interesting thoughts, perspectives, analysis, ideas and experiences.
I have a front row seat to the show.
