Re: NEED A GOOD BURGER RECIPE
Mix 1 lb. burger meat (lean)

1/4 - 1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs

1/4 - 1/2 cup finely chopped onions

1 egg

salt & pepper to taste

To give them the extra moisture that is often needed for BBQing, add a little tomato paste or soup. Mix and form into patties.

Re: NEED A GOOD BURGER RECIPE
Believe it or not, a couple tablespoons of peanut butter in any of the above recipes really makes a positive difference.

Re: NEED A GOOD BURGER RECIPE
Use ground beef that has 20% fat. Otherwise, just grab some styrofoam and have a bite.

The above is a great recipe - I actually use that recipe for meatloaf muffins - but instead of worcestershire, we substitute Dale's Steak Sauce, and then I top each 'muffin' wtih bread crumbs (we use the big muffin pan).

Another recipe to try for hamburgers that is really simple is Hamburger Diane:

1 pound ground round
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Re: NEED A GOOD BURGER RECIPE
Add plenty of KC Masterpiece, a little black pepper and a little seasoning salt to your hamburger meat, blend, and then cook. The KC Masterpiece makes the burgers absolutely awesome. Top with pepper jack cheese, bacon, and feta or blue cheese.

Re: NEED A GOOD BURGER RECIPE
Get yourself some Montreal steak seasoning and sprinkle it liberally on the patties just before bbq'ing them. Easy and delicious. I think it's made by schilling. Theres all sorts of seassonings in there and small chunks of garlic.

Yummy!

Enjoy
