Graham: Trump firing Mueller would be 'the beginning of the end of his presidency'
Sen. Lindsey Graham gave a stern warning Sunday to President Donald Trump against firing special counsel Robert Mueller.

"As I said before, if he tried to do that, that would be the beginning of the end of his presidency," the South Carolina Republican said on CNN's "State of the Union."

"The only reason that Mr. Mueller could be dismissed is for cause. I see no cause when it comes to Mr. Mueller," Graham said, later adding he believed the Mueller was "doing a good job."

The following analysis is probably the truth of the situation (I didn't write it):

The Trumpster is cornered and knows it. If he fires Mueller his options for pardoning his 3 kids are gone. What Mueller would then do is turn his evidence over to the NY Attorney General who will prosecute the Trumpster and his 3 kids without the fear of any pardons. So the Trumpster has to hope Mueller will go for a pardon of his 3 kids and refer everything to a Repug Congress for impeachment regarding any criminal activity on his part. So far the Repugs have been too cowardly to stand up to the Trumpster, so this might be a good way for him to go. Also, keep in mind that the attorneys Mueller brought on board are civilian attorneys and could just as easily work for the NY Attorney General. Very little is mentioned on the news about the NY Attorney General, but he is very much there and very eager to go after the Trumpster and his crime family. No matter how this goes down, the Trumpster is toast for sure. It's just a matter of time, and time is one thing we don't have. Every day it will only get worse.

Prosecute Trump for what? He has broken no laws. As president he can hire and fire anyone he wants for just about any reason. Any president has that right, not just Trump.

Sessions needs to tell Mueller he has 30 days to wrap up the investigation. If he doesn't do it within 30 days, Mueller can be fired on the spot. He is looking for something, anything, to bring down a sitting president who has committed no crime.

Mueller, on the other hand, is complicit in the Uranium One scandal and who knows what else.

The left makes up laws as they go along. Hopefully they will hang themselves with one.

Even if you're right about Congress, there are other factors inolved. I'll repeat the following.

Except that is all bullshit. The NY AG could go after the Trump Organization and its staff at any time if they have a case, so why have they not done so years ago if it is so corrupt? 200% rubbish on you part.

Trump can't pardon any state crimes. It's well known that Kushner is guilty of certain crimes already. The Trump family has a long, shady history.

In this country you're still innocent until proven guilty.

Your liberalism is so far fetched it actually borders on stupidity.

It's so funny to me how you guys have no understanding of politics.

Trump's already facing two Manafort trials and the Stormy Daniels trial before the midterm elections.

Do you think the Republicans could stand trials for Trump Jr., Ivanka, and Kushner before the midterms too?

After all that bad press, the Republicans would be lucky to win any elections this November.

I lean toward libertarianism.

Why do you believe any of this? None of what you said is true or will be a thing. lol.

The dates of the trials I mentioned have been set...by judges...in courts...

President Trump is just getting started. Mueller was just the beginning. Democrats are fucked.

It looks like the Republicans are finally willing to choose country over party if Trump fires Mueller.

I hope Trump fires Mueller, I think Pence would be better for the country. Stop the madness.

They are the epitome of the boy who cried wolf. The fact Trump hasn’t said one thing about Mueller wrapping up is what we refer to as a “clue”. The corrupt are about to go down in history as victims of the biggest trap in history.

1. Allowing Mueller to finish his investigation first helps them make a complete case.

2. Allowing Mueller to finish his investigation first saves their limited resources.

3. Mueller's team is better than them.

4. Mueller is working with the whole U.S. government, and they couldn't do that.
