In a tense interview with Dutch news outfit KRO-NCRV, Hillary Clinton was asked what she thought about Ivanka Trump’s aspirations of becoming the first female U.S. President. As shown in the clip below, bitter Hillary wasn’t particularly enamored by the question, especially having lost to Ivanka’s father, President Donald Trump, in the 2016 election.
“That’s not going to happen,” Clinton said.
“No?” the interviewer responded.
“No,” Clinton said, shaking her head. “No, we don’t want any more inexperienced Trumps in the White House.”
Host Eva Jinek said she’s learned elections can bring the unexpected.
“Well, that’s true, but you know, fool me once shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. And I think the American people have seen for themselves what happens when a reality-TV candidate wins,” Clinton said.
“I really believe there’s an enormous amount of pent-up energy to take the country back from the Trump administration,” Clinton said.
Clinton’s comments come amid controversy stemming from her recent remarks about Trump supporters.
While in India, Clinton shockingly suggested Trump voters don’t like African-Americans ‘getting rights,’ or women having jobs.
