"Unlawful possession or transfer of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine is a Class B felony." Unless of course you register every scary assault weapon/LC magazine and submit to a criminal background check within 120 days if/when this garbage passes..

That would prevent them from voting for someone else, they would not get to vote at all, losing their right to. That may be a way to block those not liberal from being able to vote. Very interesting. Maybe that's the end game to all this gun control legislation--to disenfranchise gun owners' voting rights who are predominantly conservative.
