Russia Declared War on UK With Skripal Attack.

It is clear to all who desire truth that Russia is responsible for a chemical attack on British territory, and therefore should be treated as an act of war. If I was Leader of the UK, we would deploy warships into the Baltic Sea and Black Sea, as well as launch strikes against Damascus as a warning to Russia.
