I feel so foolish buying a $400 bike the other week.

It's happening here in San Diego. Real bicycle businesses are fuming over these overnight rental bikes. They don't pay any parking space and they get dropped off everywhere.

Am waiting for the backlash on these nuisance machines...

They should put all the bikes in their empty ghost cities they built years ago.

Hey I fucking love bikes since they bring me so much joy. I just spent the weekend in the santa cruz mts riding my brand new mt bike with my very good friend and it was fucking awesome.

But seriously the Chinese are fucking nutz. They are capitalists with no control or forethought and this is the result.

I see these kind of bikes all the time in SanDiego. Left in the randomest places. There are news reports now about people cutting the frames in half, and also cutting the brake cables. Went down town and saw these bikes, and also rental electric scooters.

I can see this kind of stuff happening here. Especially the further they push their carbon emissions BS.
