What if all of these events are actually happening because of a rogue deepstate super soldier in bulletproof armor. Every time these happen reports come out from people saying they seen a soldier with glowing red eyes under a mask. What if a rogue super soldier is on the loose & the government is masking it & hiding it from the public to prevent them from knowing some rogue maniac is on the loose?

They always mention they see rifles they've never seen before, full black armor, glowing red eyes, & 2 shooters.
