The rally was almost Hogg's Cindy Sheehan Katrina moment. Remember how she started as this sympathetic mom of a dead soldier, then got a little but nuttier with each appearance. Finally she gave a speech shortly after Katrina where she said "get our troops out of occupied New Orleans." The media and the Dems dropped her like a hot potato. Hogg's tantrum almost accomplished the same thing. He has one or two big events before he derails.
