It’s kind of disturbing today, watching how cartoonish the violence was, knowing there was a lot of criticism, and it being known as “the most violent show on television.” Still want a ‘76 Torino with the S&H stripe. One Day At A Time Valerie Bertanelli. Need I say more? UFO A British Gerry Anderson show, complete with models used for special effects. 70s hip turtlenecks and sports cars and a moon base. Plus, how can you not love a sexy female character with purple hair and the name Gay Head? |

If we learned more about economics and science instead of watching this stuff we might be in a better position in life instead of living paycheck to paycheck and watching these shows all over again on Hulu. With that said I will give a hollar to Columbo and DICK VAN DYKE. |

Copperhead User ID: 76394060 United States 04/07/2018 03:11 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I was working so many hours and never had time or the opportunity to watch much television. I felt like the last guy in America to buy a VCR and only since my youngest so sweetly asked to watch some Disney films. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72341210 It probably would be fun to watch some episodes as they all are available. I bought my first VCR in 1984 for $600. In todays money that would be over $1,400. Man, what a retard I was. |

We all loved the movie and the TV series, "Kung Fu", starring David Carradine, who later hanged himself, during a sexual ritual, bizarrely enough In Davids defense, he may well have had help. Or even been murdered? There was evidence someone else was in the room. Also, it's a misnomer to call auto-erotic asphyxiation a "ritual". In any case, what a great show. |

It was filmed in England 1970-73 but aired in America also. It was about aliens kidnapping people for body parts. Had a base on the moon. Seemed pretty good when I was a child. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7671454 Someone posted a video of it, a few messages up Find some more of them and post them here or on your own post on GLP! Good Luck! |

When I was a child in the 70's, I loved Tony the Pony.. Howie Mandel appeared on "Laugh Trax," which was another comedy sketch show that was quite funny, in 1982. SNL hired a couple of it's alumnae including Julia Louis Dreyfuss & Gail Matthius, who did "The Valley Girl." VERY Oddly, there doesn't seem to be ONE shred of video from the show available, even though it ran a couple of seasons or more, was tremendously popular (at least, with my H.School crowd) and then went off the air. Howie went to do St. Elsewhere and other coast to coast tours & projects, Gail went onto do the Valley Girl for a couple of seasons on SNL, both Julia Louis Dreyfuss & her husband, whose name escapes me right now, did the show and I believe BOTH moved on to SNL, not really sure though. She was hysterically funny on SNL. |
