If you are a little skeptical, that is OK. There is the idea that one can act like it is true and then it will be. Its a positive self-fulfilling prophecy.

Most of us know that if we think an upcoming event is going to be terrible then it likely will be. So why not flip the negative prophesy on its head and think the outcome will be favorable. Again, it can't hurt.

That was powerful. Many images of peace love and unity flashed through my mind. It was exhilarating. I think I went 3 minutes. I'm going to try to remember to do this every 11 minutes past the hour. That the energy was running so strongly really makes me think the "universe" wants this peace, and badly.
