Frequently, I have seen Donald Trump and Mike Pence wearing red and blue neckties. One of them will be wearing a red necktie, and the other will be wearing a blue necktie.

Recently, I've seen Bill Cosby and his defense attorney wearing red and blue neckties.

So, what's going on here? Is this some kind of Illuminati ritual?
