I've hit rock bottom before and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I know right now that probably sounds pretty stupid. When you've lost everything you had you don't fear it anymore and that freedom is priceless. Best of luck to you. Can only go up from here.

We all have different bottoms. For one person it maybe losing their job, and having to collect benefits, another it maybe living on the street addicted to crack and begging for money. The problem is you never know where your rock bottom is until you turn things around.
